Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Delivery: Your estimated delivery time and shipping cost are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Multiple items: Items in one order may arrive in separate packages.

Lost or delayed orders: If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 days, email admin@gompstudio.com and we'll sort it out.
