How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Your estimated delivery time is shown at checkout, and you'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. Email us before sending anything back so we can give you the correct return instructions. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong?

Email us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no return shipping cost to you.

Can I cancel my order?

Email us as soon as possible. We'll try to cancel it before it ships, but we can't guarantee cancellation once processing has started.
